Join us for your placement year in summer 2025! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

In this role, you will be responsible for

Our Customer Relations Intern is responsible for helping the team investigate and resolve any customer issues promptly and with a high degree of diplomacy and empathy appropriate to the situation. You will be responsible for the administration duties required to complete compensation payments, transcribing calls as well as the continued development of our reporting tools. You will work closely with other departments within ASA to build positive and rewarding relationships to achieve and maintain both individual and departmental productivity, quality and service standards. You will develop the skills to pro-actively identify ways in which we can minimise and reduce complaints and feed all ideas into appropriate teams.

Qualifications

Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

Our ideal candidate must have

  • You will need to have a good understanding of excel.

Our ideal candidate should have

  • As a customer relations intern you will need to have good communication skills, empathy and an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of power BI is useful but not essential.
