Key responsibilities

Complete a variety of administrative tasks to support the PA of the EVP and site manager, including supporting the organisation of their agenda based on business priorities and major business objectives.

Other duties will include:

  • Organisation and preparation for customer/internal meetings and events (inc Workshops)
  • Travel management, working closely with the department heads and group leaders
  • Support in running of the office, stationary, IT Equipment ordering, facilities, and pool cars
  • Working closely with the site manager, liaising with FCM & Landlord to ensure any site maintenance is carried out in good time
  • Stationary Management
  • Updating of office noticeboard and signage
  • Project support to the teams including expense management
  • Raising of Purchase orders
  • Processing invoices, liaising with our facilities management, security teams, controlling and finance
  • Maintaining the online dept pages on Bosch Global Network and Bosch Connect

Qualifications

  • Studying for an undergraduate or Masters degree and required to take a placement as part of your course.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)

Additional information

This is a 12-month internship beginning in June, July or August 2025. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: You will be based at the BWTC, Coventry site.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face to face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
