We are seeking a patient centered Relief Pharmacist to join our Boots pharmacy teams in the Wincanton, Somerset area. As a Relief Pharmacist for Boots, you will:

  • Gain confidence quickly.
  • Experience different stores and different challenges.
  • Receive flexible work patterns.
  • Learn best practice to share with other stores.
  • Receive paid transportation at 45 pence per mile
  • Full-time, Part-time and flexible working is always considered. Ideal shift pattern is Monday to Saturday + one in three Saturday's

We have a strong, dedicated planning team who will present your Rota to you at least 12 weeks in advance.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work within busy service lead stores; you will have the support of ACT's, dispensers and pharmacy advisors, as well as a retail management support teams and a dedicated Area Manager.

  • Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)

  • Have a love of working collaboratively with a team-centred approach
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Role model communication skills; you will hold excellent face to face interactions to effectively meet the varied needs of customers and patients in pharmacy
