As an Ecommerce Trading Assistant, you will be tasked with implementing the day to day trading activity on the boohooMAN.com websites & apps globally. Alongside this you will monitor the web analytics and help produce reports to measure performance, whilst making recommendations for change. Working at speed and with attention to detail is a must-have within this role- the digital world never stops.

Your responsibilities

  • Implement the execution of the website promotional plan across all websites.
  • Work with HTML & JSON code to set promotional banners and content live across all sites & apps.
  • Monitor web analytics and help produce reports to measure performance and make recommendations for change.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support all channels activity through promotional code creation, competitions & capsule launches.
  • Support IT to develop and evolve the functionality of all devices.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of the different markets and adapt trading activity to maximize sales for the different customers in each market.
  • Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors in the different markets and the trading conditions and send this information to the Senior Trading Executive.

More about you

  • Previous experience in a similar ecommerce role is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience using analytical tools, is desired.
  • Basic understanding of excel and has the ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Passionate about data and analytics
  • Highly organised individual, who is passionate about the attention to detail.
  • You’re a relationship builder and find communication across various level of seniority easy to adapt.
