Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK.
The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.
In your role you will
- Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties
- Assist the Capacity Planner or Work Planners on a daily basis
- Create reports for Management
- Working with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required by the Capacity Planner and Work Planners
- Helping to disseminate necessary information out to the relevant departments
As our ideal candidate
- You have basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are able to work Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
- You have strong verbal & written communication skills
- You have organizational skills: ability to prioritize and work independently, meet deadlines, multitask and balance various assignments
- You have interpersonal skills: work in team of dynamic individuals, ability to remain professional through stressful situations
- You have excellent customer service skills
