The People Team

The People Team function is focused on improving how we work by making smart investments in our people, continuous improvements in our processes, technology-driven innovation in our platforms, and providing top-of-the-line experiences for our people. Our function is made of several teams who work as OneHR together to acquire, develop, reward and retain top talent while delivering a more consistent, high-quality experience to our stakeholders.

Together, we support a wide range of tactical and strategic work and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. Human Resources Summer Interns will have the opportunity to learn about one of the following 3 areas: Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Compensation, Benefits & Wellbeing based on their interests and business need. They will also the opportunity to participate in our Employee Resource Groups.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

  • Enrollment in a 3-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred; however, open to all majors with an individual interested in the financial services industry with an ideal focus in Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology, Managerial Economics, and/or Humanities-Related majors
  • Individuals who will be graduating in 2024
  • Well-rounded and balanced background including demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply.
