At BlackRock, we are all connected by one mission: to help more and more people experience financial well- being. Our clients, and the people they serve, are saving for retirement, paying for their children’s educations, buying homes and starting businesses. Their investments also help to strengthen the global economy: support businesses small and large; finance infrastructure projects that connect and power cities; and facilitate innovations that drive progress.
This mission would not be possible without our smartest investment – the one we make in our employees. It’s why we’re dedicated to creating an environment where our colleagues feel welcomed, valued and supported with networks, benefits and development opportunities to help them thrive.
Black Heritage Insight Program
Join this one-day insight event for students of Black heritage, to learn more about who we are, what we stand for and what early career opportunities we have available in the U.K. You’ll hear from inspirational Black professionals at various stages in their careers as they provide an inside look at what it means to be part of the world’s largest asset manager. Participants will engage in talks, workshops, and networking events to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to build a fulfilling career.
You will also learn more about the opportunities available in our Investments and Client & Product Functions on our 2025 Summer Internship Program
This insight event will take place in our London office on Wednesday 18th September 2024. Participants selected for the insight program must be available for the whole day. Travel and accommodation will be provided for participants located outside of London.
