Bidwells rapidly growing Operational Living team are looking for an Operational Living Consultant to join their London team!

The Operational Living Team at Bidwells specialises in consultancy for clients in the Rental Living space, including developers and investors. We work on Build to Rent, Co-living, Single Family Housing, Later Living, and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors, providing expert insights and research to guide and optimize residential development projects. Our reports cover urban regeneration, rental values, demographics, and supply-demand analysis, and include public reports such as our monthly UK city review and the bi-annual Open & Operating Report. We support projects across the UK, providing valuable insights and creating opportunities for innovation in the sector.

About the role

As an Operational Living Consultant, you will contribute to producing high-quality reports, gathering and analyzing data, and advising on best-in-class rental living developments. You’ll assist in publishing monthly and bi-annual reports with the Association for Rental Living (ARL) and ensure our databases stay updated with the latest market insights. This role will provide exposure to a variety of real estate projects, allowing you to build expertise in the operational living sector.

What you'll be doing

About you

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a property-related field (e.g., Geography, Urban Planning, Architecture).
  • Interest or background in real estate, urban planning, urbanism, or the residential rental sector.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and proficiency in written English.
  • Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
