As a Trading Academy trainee, you will experience a challenging 12-month development programme that will take you through a comprehensive rotation of key Trading departments, based in Staffordshire.
Our bespoke Trading Academy is designed to help identify and develop talented individuals with the drive to grow and develop our Business, both now and into the future.
Your time spent on the programme will provide you with the experience, knowledge and competence to succeed in one of our engaging and fast-paced trading teams.
Starting with a 3-month placement within our Studio teams you will learn about website management, scheduling and analysis, content display, livestreaming and free to play games. This section of the programme will teach you about how we plan and manage our multi-platform Sports sites across the globe.
Your next 3-months will be dedicated to providing you with exposure to our Control Desk in order to learn how they support our Trading platform and the work that goes on behind the scenes to offer one of the best sports betting products in the industry.
Once you have gained a grounding within Control Desk, your next 3-months will be dedicated to building a solid foundation of Trading knowledge. This will be achieved by exposing you to areas of Trading focused on odds compilation, pre-game and in-play trading, probabilities, betting margins and how to build a book.
After 9-months of exposure to our operations, you will complete a placement that is designed to refine your skills within an area of Trading which aligns with your long term development.
Applicants will ideally hold or be expecting a 2:1 classification or higher for our Trading Academy. We also welcome applications from non-graduates with relevant industry experience.
The position is offered on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of five days from seven, including evening shifts and public holidays where applicable during rotation.
