A Sub Editor in the Sports Content team, who is a self-motivated, skilled copywriter, with a keen interest in sports, who will assist in the creation of multifaceted marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for the creation of marketing copy, tailored specifically to our different audiences across multiple channels. You would be involved in the planning and execution of the global marketing schedule for the Sportsbook product, working alongside a team of Sub Editors to produce content that will support each campaign.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and organised as they take responsibility for managing their time, and will need to work alongside other internal departments to ensure that work is delivered on time and to a desired brief.

  • High standard of written English and understanding of marketing principles.

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organisation, planning, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen interest in a wide array of sports.
  • Knowledge of our website and sports offers would be beneficial but not essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Writing copy to fit various marketing channels and different global audiences in line with agreed briefs.
  • Implementing changes to previously run campaigns based on analytical feedback.
  • Reviewing and adapting content to tailor to specific markets and countries.
  • Liaising with various internal departments to ensure all promotional content is delivered on time and meets agreed briefs.
  • Presenting ideas and rationale for how best to implement promotional content and campaigns.
