What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in managing high-impact projects defining the future for Whole Vehicle Integration. You will learn to manage stakeholders needs across multiple functions, whilst being mentored by the Whole Vehicle Integration first line, helping you to develop to your maximum potential. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Work in partnership with the Whole Vehicle programme lead and Product Integration Manager, ensuring product maturity is effectively understood
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Define the product maturity targets, and test the status at set gateways in collaboration with the Product Integration Manager
  • Manage a Fleet of development vehicles to prioritise and optimise vehicle usage

About the function

Part of the Research and Development Function, the department is responsible for Product Integration, R&D Fleet Management, Product Data and Project management of Whole vehicle programmes. You will work with an expert team to ensure the vehicle projects are delivered on time, within the budget and most importantly, ensuring that the customer’s expectations are exceeded.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering subjects.
