What you’ll be doing

Bentley are known for beautiful cars, however we understand that the people who support our customers whether through sales or aftersales truly make us unique from our competitors. Working as part of the Retailer Academy, you will gain invaluable experience dealing with multiple different stakeholders and how we need to consider our global audience due to language, culture and legislation. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Take responsibility for marketing the Retailer Academy offer to our Retailers globally
  • Supporting the team and regions with increasing interactions for all training assets
  • Developing a team of learning ambassadors within each region to constantly develop a learning culture
  • Full responsibility for the operation of our Technician Challenge in America on our mobile app

About the function

The Retailer academy’s vision is to offer world class learning to enable Retailers to be the best they can be. We are responsible for making sure all roles have the knowledge and skills required and offer our customers an extraordinary journey. We provide award winning training in a blended approach, making use of digital assets which are engaging, immersive and personalized to their needs. We do this for over 3000 learners in 69 countries and translate our content into 9 languages.

Education: The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Learning and Development, Psychology, Computer Science including modules in Business, or Business Analytics.

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable examples of experience in fast-paced environments
  • Great command over MS Office
