What you’ll be doing

In the Technical Conformity Engineering Graduate role you will play a key part in delivering Bentley products to customers around the world. You will gain invaluable experience working alongside industry leading experts focusing on powertrain. You will learn how our products are tested and documented ready for submission to authorities to ensure compliance and certification for all our global markets, to enable sale to the customer. Your main responsibilities include;

  • To support certification delivery activities on a number of worldwide markets
  • To review and summarise information from a wide range of sources, including vehicle legislation
  • Drive process improvements within the Technical Conformity department
  • Support document sign off meetings at Director level and regular work group reviews

About the function

In Technical Conformity we guarantee compliance of all Bentley vehicles with applicable legislation to enable their sale. In addition, we safeguard the end customer and the Bentley brand by ensuring errors in the design process are prevented from becoming consequential. We take the finished vehicle and put it through all of the required testing to get approvals to sell the vehicles. We prepare all of the documentation submissions to the global authorities to demonstrate the vehicles meet the regulations and regional legislation.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in any Engineering degree subject, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science.
