Aftersales Supply Chain
The Aftersales Supply Chain department are responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted parts supply to our global retailers. You will gain invaluable experience working alongside a dedicated team, focused on delivering customer satisfaction, whilst gaining invaluable experience working with the latest supply chain technologies. Your main responsibilities include:
- Support with ensuring an uninterrupted supply of parts to our global dealerships, implementing strategic initiatives with suppliers to exceed customer demands
- Help to make sure optimal supply chain costs and conditions are achieved, identifying opportunities to improve profitability
- Responsible for ensuring that quality procedures and processes are accurately documented and audited across the supply chain
Aftersales Pricing
The Aftersales pricing team are tasked to maintain valid pricing positions for the product portfolio of genuine parts, accessories and branded goods. You will gain invaluable experience learning about the operations of a truly global business and learn the types of considerations needed to make a rounded business decision, whilst helping to shape our battery electric future. Your main responsibilities include:
- Supported in the development of new presentation and negotiation skills and put these into practice on a regular basis
- Propose a pricing methodology which will underpin both sales success delivering both volume and value
- Working within the parts pricing team in Crewe you will be responsible for reviewing the performance of our Heritage parts portfolio, across multiple countries over the last 10 years
About the Function
The Aftersales Industrial Placement positions sit within the wider Sales and Marketing function. In Sales and Marketing we are helping to shape both our future service strategies whilst also supporting our ongoing ability to offer maintenance and repair initiative for customers of cars already in the market.

Education: The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Data Science.
