What you’ll be doing
Working within the Product Strategy and Delivery function you will gain invaluable experience managing high impact projects relating to the whole vehicle programme delivery lifecycle. Working alongside and being mentored by industry leading professionals you will gain exposure to all three product lines: Continental, Bentayga and of course our future Battery Electric Vehicle programmes. Your main responsibilities include;
- Develop project plans to support business goals and communicate updates to the team
- Collect and analyse data, communicating and presenting your feedback across different business areas
- Review current processes and create possible efficiencies to our ways of working and processes
- Collaborate with other business areas including: Research & Development, Finance, Purchase, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales & Marketing
About the Function
Product Strategy and Delivery are the function responsible for developing the future portfolio of vehicles and services and driving their delivery through to Market Entry. Programme Management within this team comprises both the Product Delivery Governance and the centralised Project Management component of the delivery teams.

Education
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Economics, Business Management, or Engineering.
