What you’ll be doing

In Mulliner we enable a customer to create a completely unique variant of one of our range of existing road cars. Within this role, you will gain invaluable experience delivering specific aspects of a new vehicle programme with a high level of autonomy. You also get the opportunity to be involved in the creation of unique and high-value bespoke vehicles, all whilst working alongside and being mentored by experts in the field. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Become an active member of our new project planning team, taking on specific tasks which deliver a manufacturing process and facility that is fit for purpose for the future of Mulliner
  • Support with the planning stages and early build phases of new projects to ensure that the production readiness of the process, and facility, are delivered in line with project milestones
  • Collaborate with senior management in producing clear metrics to report the readiness for production of a new project

About the function

Mulliner is the Bespoke arm of Bentley Motors and we have 3 core Pillars of product offering- Collections, Coachbuilt and Classic. Our Operations team look after the Logistics and Manufacturing aspects of the delivery of these unique vehicles. You will undertake roles where you are directly involved in the parts delivery, with involvement in all stages of the process right through to finished vehicle.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Manufacturing Engineering, or other Engineering degree subjects, Logistics and Supply Chain. Alternatively, we welcome other STEM focussed subjects.
