What you’ll be doing

Working within the Manufacturing Strategy team you will gain invaluable experience in supporting with the strategic direction of Manufacturing. The team operates at the heartbeat of change and you will gain exposure to running high impact strategic projects, learn about strategic cycles from creation to execution, whilst being mentored and working alongside industry leading professionals. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Creation and facilitation of leadership workshops and conferences to define or drive content, activities and targets in manufacturing
  • Help to deliver our strategic programme, tracking KPIs and programme task achievements, to ensure we are supporting Bentley’s Beyond100 Strategy
  • Support with business analysis and data driven decision making
  • Manage your own strategic project, over the duration of the placement allowing you to leave your stamp on manufacturing

About the function

The Manufacturing Strategy Industrial Placement sits within the wider Manufacturing Function. Our goal in Manufacturing is to deliver an extraordinary journey for our customers, inspiring them with a magical fusion of craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. From influencing the design of our products to their launch, from a customer order to the handover, we aim to deliver extraordinary results in everything we do.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or a degree with a STEM focus.
