What you’ll be doing
Our Manufacturing Production Industrial Placements are an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of luxury vehicle manufacturing. You will be working with industry experts in our technical teams to gain an understanding of lean manufacturing, process development, innovations, environmental aspects and our sustainability strategy, all whilst working alongside and being mentored by industry leading experts. We have Manufacturing Production Industrial Placements available within: Bentayga Assembly, Continental Assembly and Final 2. Your main responsibilities include;
- Defining and supporting implementation of process improvements within the departments operations at all levels
- Working proactively with the teams within Final 2 on the continuous improvement activity to improve output and quality of Bentley product
- Developing communication, team-working, planning and reporting skills to support production management
- Conduct data analysis to support with process improvements

From influencing the design of our products to their launch, from a customer order to the handover, we aim to deliver extraordinary results in everything we do.

Education: The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or Business Management. Alternatively, we would consider other degrees with a STEM focus.
