What you’ll be doing
The Paint Shop strives to deliver optimum quality and achieve our class leading Bentley finish with our vast colour range. Working within the Bentley Paint shop you will gain invaluable experience working with industry experts in our technical teams to gain an understanding of lean manufacturing, process development, innovations, environmental aspects and our sustainability strategy. Your main responsibilities include;
- Analysing day to day problems, determining the root cause and implementing robust solutions
- Working in collaboration with the technical support and production teams to achieve efficiency improvements
- Contributing to innovation projects to bring new ideas into our manufacturing processes to improve quality & working towards our sustainability targets
- Leading projects on real and live business challenges to drive quality and achieve volume targets
About the Function
The Paint shop Industrial Placement positions sit within the wider Manufacturing Function. Our goal in Manufacturing is to deliver an extraordinary journey for our customers, inspiring them with a magical fusion of craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. From influencing the design of our products to their launch, from a customer order to the handover, we aim to deliver extraordinary results in everything we do.
