What you’ll be doing

Working within the Labour Relations team you will gain invaluable experience, and with the new Labour government, we’re expecting a variety of new employment legislation which will bring a number of changes in the Labour Relations space. We are also preparing for the launch of our first Battery Electric Vehicle which will require support in people related activities. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Supporting the coordination and implementation of Company Council decisions on policies, processes or agreements
  • Data gathering, research benchmarking and analysis, and written presentations of information that underpins decision making
  • General coordination and administration of tasks
  • Development of Labour Relations and HR processes and documentation

The Labour Relations Industrial Placement sits within the wider HR Function. Bentley Motors' HR team plays a crucial role in providing an extraordinary experience for employees, mirroring the luxury experience offered to customers. The department positions Bentley as an employer of choice and focuses on creating a seamless career journey for employees from hire to retire.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in Human Resources or Business Management with an interest in Human Resources.
