What you’ll be doing

The HR Centre of Excellence is responsible for concept design and implementation of key programmes and projects that drive our HR strategic aim to deliver ‘success through people’. In this role you will gain invaluable experience managing high impact projects, develop your own ideas and work collaboratively across the organisation to bring them to fruition, whilst working alongside and being mentored by industry leading HR professionals. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Exploring and evolving strategic HR Employee experience future vision by gathering and sharing market insights, data and benchmark solutions
  • Project scoping, planning, implementation and success evaluation
  • Building stakeholder relationships and Influencing key stakeholder groups to ensure project and strategic vision is delivered
  • Understanding the IT and business change landscape to build key criteria to fully assess the feasibility in enabling successful project delivery

The HR Graduate position sits within the HR Centre of Excellence. This Function focusses on future evolution and advancement of attracting, retaining and developing high performing, diverse people at Bentley. Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management. Preferably having studied modules which include Change Management and People Psychology.
