What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the HR Board Member and their Technical Assistant, allowing you to get involved in special programmes and take ownership of HR Departmental Briefings. You will support our Talent Acquisition team and Recruitment Marketing Manager by helping to create and drive specific attraction campaigns including content creation, updating the website and digital assets and the ongoing development of candidate materials. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Key support to HR technical assistant and HR Board Member assisting with HR board Member Topics and supporting core events
  • Working in collaboration with the Early Careers, Communication and Marketing teams to develop press releases, social media campaigns and events to support attraction
  • Completing blogs and update website pages and digital assets to support launch and key milestones
  • Identify additional opportunities to diversify our talent pipelines as part of our Beyond100 strategy and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda

About the function

Bentley Motors' HR team plays a crucial role in providing an extraordinary experience for employees, mirroring the luxury experience offered to customers. The department positions Bentley as an employer of choice and focuses on creating a seamless career journey for employees from hire to retire. You will help manage the HR and People agenda and support internal HR events, Projects, and activities, develop our Employee Value Proposition strategy and our recruitment marketing and talent brand activity across Bentley.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Human Resources or a Business Management degree with HR modules included.

Skills

  • Good communication skills
  • Effective time management
  • Canva experience desired
  • Data literate with a good understanding of Excel and similar tools
  • Interest in marketing and or talent branding desired
