What you’ll be doing
Working with the HR Digital team, you collaborate closely with expert colleagues in HR and IT. You’ll gain valuable experience across a range of strategic and operational digital transformation initiatives and build your skills in project, stakeholder and organizational change management along the way. Your main responsibilities include;
- Support with implementation of digital initiatives across the wider HR function
- Methodically analyse change impacts of digital initiatives to drive out engagement and communication needs
- Contribute to identification of training needs, training design and delivery to build confidence and proficiency across new users
- Help implement new solutions through stakeholder management and engagement initiatives

Through the implementation of new digital solutions and best-in-class processes, the HR Digital team are integral to helping Bentley achieve its ambitions to digitalize and enable strategic HR. What we do is pivotal in helping transform our HR ways-of-working and influencing positive change.

Education
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business, Management, Information Technology, Organisational Change Management, Human Resources with Business/Management, Organizational Psychology with Business/Management.
Skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong analytical capability and creative problem solving skills
- Highly IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Interest or basic knowledge of project management techniques such as PRINCE2 is preferred but not essential
