What you’ll be doing

In this role you will gain invaluable experience on how to identify, assess and manage the risks that can impact a globally recognised brand. From changing legislation, to the supply chain of parts required for manufacturing, you will be mentored on business processes and creating an ethical culture. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Contribute, document and challenge policy and processes as part of our continuous improvement ethos.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of training and communication for core GRC responsibilities
  • Conduct third-party due diligence and assess activities such as global marketing events to ensure our business practices are conducted in an ethical and compliant manner
  • Deliver a cross-functional improvement project of your own

About the function

The Governance, Risk and Compliance team support the business to achieve its strategic goals by providing the framework, tools and processes to maximize opportunities and to identify, assess and treat risks in a rapidly changing and complex business environment. You will collaborate cross-functionally within Bentley, working on a vast array of risk and compliance topics and also interact with other Brands that are part of the Volkswagen Group.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Supply Chain and Operations Management, or Risk Management.
