What you’ll be doing

In this role you will be part of a team always working on the latest Bentley products launched into the global marketplace. As a result, you will gain invaluable experience through exposure to all vehicle systems, extensive access to Bentley Products to resolve technical issues, as well as the chance to collaborate with other departments and learn from experts in the field. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Working proactively and in partnership with the Hiring Manager on all departmental KPI’s to highlight trends and contribute to problem solving
  • Collaborating with the team to analyse all product and project requirements in supporting the global retailer network
  • Understanding discipline in either mechanical or electrical engineering to create documentation to support and improve the retailer experience
  • Contribute towards projects to highlight revenue opportunities within the department

About the Function

The Serviceability & Strategy team within Service Operations are responsible for Vehicle diagnostics, Workshop Information and the Parts Catalogue. The core role of the department is to take vehicle design and create a clear set of processes to support our global retailer network. We ensure the support, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to the highest standards and in multiple languages for our global markets.

Education: The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering Degree.
