What you’ll be doing

You will play a key part in delivering our Early Careers Campaign in 2025 covering Apprenticeships, Industrial Placements and Graduate Hires. You will liaise with both candidates, hiring managers and work in close partnership with our Early Careers, Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to deliver a positive candidate experience, whilst helping us to build diverse talent communities and pipelines. Your main responsibilities include;

  • Working in partnership with the hiring manager community and Early Careers team to deliver the 2025 Early Careers recruitment campaign
  • End to end management of the recruitment process for apprentice, industrial placement and graduate vacancies, delivering a best in class candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Working in collaboration with the Early Careers, Communication and Marketing teams to develop press releases, social media campaigns and events to support attraction

About the function

The Talent Acquisition team work cross functionally to deliver diverse, high performing talent into the business. They provide a best in class candidate experience and deliver market insights into the business that shape the attraction strategy. Working with a team of specialists you will get an insight into what makes Bentley a Top Employer, contributing to the development and launch of our Early Career campaign and experiencing a full 360 degree talent acquisition lifecycle.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Communications or Psychology.

Skills

  • Great communication
  • Demonstrable examples of project management
  • Problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role desired but not essential
  • Data literate
