What you’ll be doing

Working within the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging team, you will gain invaluable experience in managing DEI initiatives and develop a deep understanding of DEI communications. You will be given the opportunity to lead your own projects and play a key role in driving our strategy and sustainable luxury business.

Your main responsibilities include

  • Working with our five diversity colleague-led networks to deliver internal and external belonging activities
  • Create monthly DEI internal communication content
  • Collaborate with suppliers e.g. photographers and designers to generate captivating Belonging at Bentley content
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate Bentley DEI events, talks and activities

About the Function

The DEI and Belonging team are situated within the Communications function which is at the heart of the business, responsible for all of Bentley’s internal and external media content. You will develop a thorough understanding of inclusion and belonging across the entire business whilst supporting Bentley’s DEI strategy.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in a Human Resources degree or another degree subject which includes HR modules.
