Corporate Strategy and Transformation
The Corporate Strategy and Transformation team sets out our path to a future Bentley Motors. Working within this team you’ll gain invaluable experience supporting strategic change across the business, opportunity to manage high impact projects, whilst collaborating with industry leading professionals. Your main responsibilities include:
- Support the rollout of the corporate strategy
- Conduct Quarterly PESTLE & SWOT analysis
- Help the team with programme management through reporting, meeting planning and content creation
- Support with corporate insights through researching industry and academic sustainability advances
Central Business Process
The Central Business Process team identify and deliver improvements and efficiencies in our business processes. Within this team you’ll gain invaluable experience working alongside industry leading experts to identify, prioritise and deliver impactful change to how we work in Bentley to the benefit of our colleagues, business, customers and the environment. Your main responsibilities include:
- Learning about process optimisation tools and techniques, including workshop design and facilitation
- Identify and implement opportunities leveraging key process technologies to automate process analysis (e.g. Process Mining) and repetitive tasks (Robotic Process Automation)
- Support the alignment of our process, IT system, Data and organisational architecture to enable assessment, prioritisation and delivery of change.
About the Function
The Corporate Strategy and Transformation function is responsible for the development and deployment of this strategy, underpinned by a strategic planning process. We work across leadership and all functions of the business to define, implement and communicate our business model for Bentley, whilst in parallel synchronising this across VW Group initiatives.

Education
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Politics or subjects with a STEM focus.
