There are two Industrial Placements available

Please apply for one industrial placement position only, outlining your preference in your cover letter. We will review applications for all suitable positions.

Brand Partnerships

The Brand Partnerships team is responsible for delivering the brand beyond the car, this encompasses licencing out the brand to third parties to deliver products such as fragrances and audio products. You will gain invaluable experience working in a dynamic team where we are responsible for our own strategy and showcasing our brand to a wide audience- from enthusiasts through to Bentley owners. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support with Bentley Collection product launches, including campaign launches, as well as organising and attending photo shoots
  • Support the team with creating and delivering our own merchandise for the Bentley Collection
  • Support with brand partner and ambassador management

Brand Communications

The role sits within the Digital Marketing team as part of the Brand Communications function as part of the Sales & Marketing department. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience in managing brand-changing projects, develop a deeper understanding of social media and web communications for a global luxury brand. You will also get the opportunity to meet influencers and content providers – and attend and participate in content creation. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support the creation of new content through TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and more
  • Create social and web analytics reports
  • Work with key members of the business to review and edit existing web pages based on business needs

About the Function

The Brand Partnerships and Communications Industrial Placements sit within the wider Sales & Marketing Function. Sales and Marketing create customer journeys that are extraordinary at every step, from first contact with our business to every journey in their Bentley. Sales and Marketing makes certain that the Bentley Brand and our values are delivered consistently through our communications, events, retailers, products and services.

Education

The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Marketing, Business Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, English Language or degree subjects which focus on these topics.

Skills

  • Great communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise
  • Knowledge and experience of using a web or social media content management systems
  • Understanding of web analytics (such as Google Analytics) beneficial
