The M&A Summer Internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll gain exposure to live transactions, develop key analytical skills, and build a deep understanding of the M&A process. At the end of the internship, high-performing interns may receive an offer to join our team in a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A transactions, including market analysis, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and transaction documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay informed on market developments and their potential impact on client strategies.
What we’re looking for
- Education: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Qualities: Team player, proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
