As our CRM Executive, you'll be at the heart of our fast-paced email marketing strategy, crafting and scheduling engaging editorial and affiliate marketing emails that connect with our audience.
You'll keep our campaigns on track, delivering regular updates and performance insights to the Senior CRM Manager and across the Bauer portfolio.

This role offers hybrid working with up to 2 days spent in the Peterborough office, and the rest from home.
Key responsibilities
- Building and scheduling weekly editorial and affiliate emails
- Building and scheduling ad-hoc emails for commercial and research
- Booking in emails for newsletters, marketing and commercial
- Support scheduling emails across commercial
- Provide teams with reporting on specific campaigns and setting up automated reports.
- Deliver weekly progress reports for newsletter and affiliate marketing activity.
- Help maintain and include affiliate tagging on all affiliate emails.
- Provide support on CRM projects – including the set-up of customer journeys and campaigns.
- Process data protection requests including subject access requests.
What you’ll bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A can-do attitude
- Experience in email CRM systems
- Experience in working across multiple CMS systems
- Strong people skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence to liaise with the editorial teams and the wider Bauer business.
- Building a formidable knowledge of CRM and email marketing.
- Desirable – experience in using image editing software e.g. Photoshop
- Desirable – a working knowledge of HTML.
