Energy & Resources - Markets Advisory & Analytics  
In Markets, Analytics and Advisory, we work across the energy and resources value chain, end-to-end, in partnership with our wider Energy & Resources sector. We provide advisory services to a broad range of private and public clients wherever they operate. Our business unit includes seven practices: Fundamentals; Policy Regulation & Economics; Transaction Advisory and Growth Strategy, Global Gas Markets and Energy Transition Strategy. As an Analyst, you will rotate between a number of these areas, working with recognised experts in these fields. 

Energy & Resources - Power & Low Carbon Solutions 
We help clients tackle their biggest challenges, from defining ambitious decarbonisation strategies to commercial design and execution, across a range of low carbon energy asset solutions and renewable procurement strategies. We bring deep experience, market fundamental analysis across the energy services landscape and strong commercial acumen, helping our clients solve large, complex problems. 

Energy & Resources – Commodities & Energy Trading  
Our clients reply on our help to adapt to a changing world. A lower carbon intensity world. Where managing portfolios in volatile markets are key to delivering the energy transition. When implementing digital solutions deliver best in class portfolio insights. Our team bring deep industry expertise to help our clients compete and win dynamic and interconnected global markets. 

Energy & Resources – Retail, Networks & Water 
Our clients rely on our deep industry experience, knowledge and insight coupled with hands-on, pragmatic delivery approach to tackle their biggest challenges alongside delivering society’s most crucial project – Net Zero.  We provide a broad range of services from shaping and navigating energy market reform and transforming customer operations to helping our clients ensure safe and secure supply of energy and water through the network. As an analyst you will have the opportunity to work across our practice with recognised experts in these domains to grow your knowledge and expertise. 

Products & Services – Telco Media & Technology 
Our Telco, Media and Technology team are working at the frontiers of strategy and operations to help technology, media and telecoms (TMT) organisations lead and define the future. We team shoulder to shoulder with our clients, bringing experience, senior teams and deep specialism in commercial impact, the future of TMT organisations and operations, delivering sustainable advantage. 

For our capability led specific business units, we drive a breadth of exciting and transformational work across all our industry market sectors 

Capabilities – Organisation, People & Change  
In Organisation, People & Change we put people first to transform organisations through effective and efficient operating models, structures and cultures to deliver impact that lasts through a skilled and engaged workforce. Our business unit is split into three practices which are our core areas of expertise (Organisational Effectiveness & Agility, People and Talent, Transformation, Change & Delivery). 

Capabilities – Customer 
Within Customer we help clients to define and deliver game-changing customer experiences which provide competitive differentiation and delivery profitable growth we drive efficiency, customer satisfaction and revenue, powered by technology and AI. 

Capabilities – Digital & Technology 
In Technology, we focus on the skills, capabilities, and offerings to help define, drive, and support technology enabled change. We have extensive experience in strategic transformation across financial services, energy, utilities, telecoms, and government. Our skilled technology consultants are trusted advisors, delivering significant value to our clients.  Our business unit is split into seven practices which are our core areas of expertise (Tech delivery, cloud, Enterprise and engagement platforms, IT strategy, Architecture and Cyber). As an analyst you will be in the foundation years practice, which is a community of analysts and consultants in Tech. 

So, what are we looking for? 
 
We’re looking for well-rounded talented people from all academic backgrounds. We look for people with curiosity, are a team player and demonstrate a growth mindset. 
You can be in your final year at university or a graduate, and we welcome applicants from all degrees. 

We’re looking for individuals who possess one or more of the following skills and attributes: 

- Enthusiasm to apply your skills in one of the business units mentioned 
- Excellent team working skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment  
- Excellent communication and presentation skills 
- Clear motivations behind why consulting and Baringa 
- Well-developed analytical skills

- You’ll join with a cohort of our Graduate Analysts. As a cohort, you will participate in our Analyst Development Programme. Our programme is designed to develop the client, commercial and people skills that you need for a successful career at Baringa. 

- You will join our Global Analyst Community, connecting Analysts with one another to share their experiences and lessons learnt, whilst also gaining knowledge and skills from experienced Baringa people 

- You decide on the development you need. We invest in you, to ensure you remain the best in the business, through formal training and qualifications, coaching and mentoring. 

- You can talk to anyone in the business. There are no barriers, and everyone is accessible, from our Analysts to our Partners. Out Partner to consultant ratio of 1:10, means you get to learn and work alongside our Directors and Partners on a daily basis. 

- We’re proud to put people first with wellbeing at the forefront of our culture, one example of this is that every employee receives £300 a year to put towards their wellbeing! 

- All employees participate in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme, which seeks to ensure that everyone has a stake in the success of the company. 

- We recognise everyone needs a well-deserved break - As such we have introduced the ‘Re-charge’ benefit meaning Baringa will offer all employees an additional 2 weeks of paid leave after 5 years continuous service.
