Program Overview
Get a head start on your career by taking part in our three day in-person Spring Insight Program during your first year of a three-year degree, or second year of a four-year degree. The program will introduce you to a range of junior talent careers available in the EMEA region.
In Global Technology, you will find out more about our Technology Solutions, Business Analyst, Software Engineer, and Cyber Security roles and how you could apply your transferable skills to each.
In Global Operations you will find out more about the range of opportunities to support our Banking and Markets teams, as well as the broader Enterprise. From Client Services, Anti-Money Laundering and Client Onboarding to our Global Markets Operations teams, we’ll introduce you to what a role in Global Operations might involve.
You’ll also learn about why our Chester office is an excellent place to grow your career, and how it plays a crucial role in our organisation.
As a Spring Insight Program participant, you can expect to:
- Learn about the work and culture of the whole organization
- Find out why Bank of America is a Great Place to Work
- Gain an insight into our Global Technology or Global Operations line of business
- Take part in interactive breakout sessions and simulations
- Develop professional skills and learn to navigate and prepare for our intern recruitment process
- Network with business representatives and student peers
- Have an opportunity to be considered for a place on our Summer Internship Program for the following year. (Note: Global Operations roles would be based in Chester)
Qualifications
- Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university expecting to graduate in 2027
- Have obtained a minimum of 112 UCAS points at A levels or equivalent
- Studying towards any degree subject
- Strong academics are important, but you’ll also need to demonstrate key qualities such as teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the financial services industry, as well as the line of business you apply to
- Fluency in English

Spring Insight Program recruitment takes place on a rolling basis; therefore, we recommend submitting your application early to give you the best chance of securing a place on the program. To be considered you’ll first need to complete the online application form and upload your CV, and then complete a recorded video interview.
