What you'll be doing:

  • Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver the project
  • Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project
  • Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
  • Directing a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards
  • Coordinating market/ customer research
  • Resolving any issues/ delays which may occur
  • Preparing the final report at the end of a project
  • Managing several projects simultaneously with a team of more junior project managers to support you in the delivery

Who we're looking for:

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of a 2:2 BSc (Hons) in Construction Management or Project Management
  • Ideally have experience within a construction/engineering environment
  • Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
  • Ideally hold a full UK drivers’ licence at the time of joining

These roles are UK wide and could be based at the following locations: Central London, South East, South West, North East, North West, West Midlands
