Your program

During your Summer Internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the M&A industry, our clients and our firm.

This is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders, take part in day-to-day operations, where you'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to build on your knowledge and gain hands on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
  • Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
  • Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
  • Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions

Qualifications

  • On track for a 2:1 or equivalent
  • Penultimate year of a bachelors degree
  • High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Passion for excellence and attention to detail
  • Candidates must be available from 7th July 2025 until 12th September 2025
