Where will you be based?

Our Claims Graduate Pathways are based in London, the South East, and the Midlands – all great locations in which to launch your career.

But you might not need to be in the office every day. At Aviva, we ask our teams to think about when they work in the office and when they choose to work at home. We call this Smart Working.

It varies depending on your role and personal circumstances, but three days in the office and two from home is fairly typical. When you move to each new assignment, you'll discuss this with your Leader and agree what works for you, your team and the business.

This mix of home- and office-based working does, however, mean that you'll need to live (or relocate) within commuting distance to our offices in London, Eastleigh, York, Manchester or Sheffield.
