What you’ll be doing

Tell the world about Atos and help us grow our business. You’ll be joining a dynamic team in a fast-moving environment, gaining valuable experience and driving new business for prospective clients.

The role of business development is to generate large value and strategic new logo opportunities for Atos. We do this by creating or finding the opportunities early in the sales cycle, which enables us to shape and influence the deals to best fit Atos. This is an opportunity to be part of a small, dynamic and highly motivated team.

  • Gather insights on target markets and clients to identify potential new business opportunities and inform the business development strategy and approach
  • Pitch ideas to the customer, organise demonstrations of proof of concepts and respond to bids and tenders
  • Identify competitors strengths and weaknesses to inform how Atos can win new deals – including the creation of a Win Strategy and Win Themes that differentiate Atos from its competition
  • Manage the full range of client queries and escalations to deliver complex projects and programmes in line with Atos procedures
  • Work with service, programme, functional and technical teams in an international environment to ‘get things done’
  • Use consumer insights to develop and launch sales campaigns or contribute to complex tender documents
  • Review solutions and offer insights and analysis to develop solutions for clients and win new business
  • Build a stakeholder network from various functional disciplines within Atos, from legal and financial to technical and proposition management

Essential skills
