The Mission
Support in recruiting a world class team of people who authentically live and breathe our values, being a part of the exciting growth of Astrid & Miyu globally.
What does success look like?
- Proactively pushing boundaries and being disruptive in the recruitment space, experimenting with different avenues to find star talent
- Monitoring and reviewing applications from our job boards and website, as well as sourcing candidates through Linkedin, Social and other outreach
- Carry out Values Interviews to understand if candidates align with our mission & values and are ultimately a good fit for the brand and role
- Manage and support with LinkedIn, social recruitment and our careers page to continue elevating our employer brand
- Ensuring job adverts are posted, refreshed and updated accordingly
- Support with hiring across the UK and internationally as we continue to grow
- Proactively maintain up to date candidate talent pools, driving candidate engagement and screening potential talent for future roles
What would you like from me
- This is an entry level role so no previous recruitment experience is needed
- Customer experience is a plus but ultimately you will have a huge passion for people

- You naturally put people at ease and have a positive & infectious energy inspiring those around you
- You are always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
