The role

This role is ideal for a recent graduate keen to apply their academic knowledge and develop their skills in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You will support our internal and external marketing activities, including contributing to our website presence, copywriting, social media, SEO, data analysis. You will also develop skills in facilitating the overall success of our customers’ marketing activities through the customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.

This is a permanent position and entry level role for a strong candidate who has the desire to push their analytical and digital marketing skills to meet the challenges and complexities of our customers’ requirements. Successful candidates will be able to learn, build on and develop their competencies in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. We expect, and support, candidates to achieve professional Microsoft Certifications.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to develop engaging content for the company’s website, including blogs and social media
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to the company website and LinkedIn presence
  • Support SEO efforts by optimising content, conducting keyword research
  • Work closely with the Customer Insights – Journeys team to support our customers’ marketing needs.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools
  • An understanding of email marketing and any exposure to email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms would be a bonus.

Qualifications
