Sitting within the UKIMEA marketing, communications and business development team, the digital marketing and comms team exists to drive digital excellence across social, content marketing and web marketing and communications by providing strategic advice, best practice, research, training, testing and learning, and measurement for data-based decision making.
The Opportunity
The Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator will work within the digital marketing and communications team. This team has the following areas of ownership digital customer journey mapping; content strategy; social media (organic), social media (paid), social influencers; social advocacy; social listening; written content development (including external copywriters); web page design/editing; SEO and video content development/storyboarding.
The purpose of the Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator role is to support the digital marketing and comms team in delivering digital excellence across our marketing and communications activities. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Marketing and Communications community and the digital comms team helping to shape and build web pages, undertaking web page design, copyediting, and monitoring for performance (around 75% of the role). You will also support social media activity to drive awareness and engagement among stakeholders (around 25% of the role).
The post holder will be developed professionally through the UKIMEA Marketing and Communications network.
This role reports to the Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who
- Have strong skills in written communication, copywriting and editing.
- Have an evidenced keen interest in digital marketing.
- Have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple on-going activities.
- Have creative curiosity and demonstrable interest in best practice digital marketing and communications techniques.
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing role is preferred.
- Educated to a degree level in marketing or a related field (English, journalism, business, media, etc) is preferred.
