Aon Assessment Solutions allows clients to maximise their investment in people through innovative, online psychometric assessment tools — which helps clients to attract, select and manage their teams.

Our team provides clients with powerful tools and insights to help them make better talent decisions at every stage of the employee lifecycle. This includes pre-hire assessments, identifying and developing future leaders, screening for digital skills and agility, and AI-enabled solutions.

Your development

As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Launch Programme when you join. This development programme is built around 2 core elements :

  • Business learning – on the job learning and experiences enabling you to develop your knowledge and understanding of your team and solution line.
  • Centralised learning - UK graduates complete in an Aon Induction, monthly webinars, business skills training and workshops; all designed to develop your knowledge of Aon, build your confidence and your network across our business.

Your career beyond your Graduate programme

Once you’ve completed the formal graduate programme, you’ll continue to receive lots of support at Aon. To aid your professional development you’ll receive regular performance feedback, and work with your line manager towards promotions, such as moving from a Graduate role into a Consultant role, and eventually moving up to a Senior Consultant role where you can be leading complex projects within just a few years.

Entry requirements

  • MSc in Occupational Psychology or related field (e.g. HR, Social Sciences, Well-being, etc)
  • 2.1 or above in an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any subject area (ideally Psychology)

Our Graduates are on permanent contracts from day one, so applicants for this programme must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future; or you have pre-settled or settled status from the EU Settlement Scheme – or if you have applied and you're waiting for a decision. 

What are we looking for?

  • Strong understanding of psychometrics
  • Interest in the technology and technical aspects of online assessment
  • Commercial awareness – this helps us to provide support and advice to our clients with clarity and confidence
  • Naturally curious, enthusiastic and highly motivated to find solutions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel

We recognise the value for our Early Career colleagues of being in the office environment from the beginning of their programme. As a new graduate, you will spend the first 6 months based in the office to support your learning, development, and progression. This will enable you access to support from managers, collaborate with colleagues as well as grow your network across Aon. After completing this initial training period, you will then have the opportunity to work more flexibly, spending at least 3 to 4 days face to face in the Aon office or with clients.
