The role
The People & Culture Advisor will provide support across a range of HR activities, helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience and ensuring HR processes are efficiently managed. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to take the next step in their HR career and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Handling employee queries, offering advice to employees and leaders on company policies and procedures.
- Support the resolution of employee relations issues.
- Contribute to the People & Culture team with the recruitment and selection of vacant roles ensuring best practice.
- Supporting the Senior People Associate in all HR Administration activities.
- Maintain employee records and act as a back-up for the administration of payroll.
- Have a passion for Learning and Development and encourage others to continuously learn and develop within their role.
- Support the coordination of training programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Lead and/or assist on any projects.
- Inspire new ideas and contribute to the overall success of People & Culture initiatives.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Assist in promoting a positive work environment and support wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide support in organising fun events and wellbeing activities.

- You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an HR department, supporting various employee lifecycle activities.
- You have a knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- You’re great to work with (strong communication and influencing skills is a must).
- You’re able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- You have a strong passion for learning and are dedicated to your own growth, as well as helping others develop.
