The Industrial Automation Go To Market team are seeking a motivated Graphic Design Engineer to provide support to our Industrial Automation group located at ADI’s Limerick facility. The INA GTM team is tasked with developing and promoting a coherent and consistent solution marketing message for the Industrial Automation Business Unit, across digital media, distributor channels and tradeshow events. Two key goals are increasing brand awareness and growing online engagement with a view to growing our customer base as well as the net value per customer. Areas of particular focus are high growth industrial applications and emerging capabilities such as Industrial Robotics, Cybersecurity, Software and AI. You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 people, with one assigned mentor, and tasked with a variety of exciting projects such as the development of ad creatives, presentation content optimization and digital marketing competitive analysis.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Design of innovative ad creatives for use in online paid display, LinkedIn and banner advertisement.
  • Design of custom graphics for use in technical content such as blogs and articles.
  • Custom banner/poster/booklet design for use at tradeshow & conference events.
  • QA and optimization of Powerpoint presentations for consistency, clarity of message & brand alignment.
  • Conduct research on competitor digital marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze quality of INA online presence on analog.com and propose UX/UI enhancements.
  • Create custom short video clips for internal updates & external promotional use.

Minimum qualifications

  • Working towards a qualification in Graphic Design degree.
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe suite of tools (such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and self-driven team player with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast paced marketing role.
  • Ability to work proactively to resolve challenges and propose solutions.
  • Ability to conceptualize and create innovative graphics to showcase ADI’s Industrial Automation related technology benefits in areas such as Factory/Process Automation, Motor Control, Industrial Communications, Robotics.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to contribute to technical discussions.
  • Comfortable with and interested in use of video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro.
  • Passion for analysis & measurement of impact of digital marketing tactics is a plus.
