The Sustainable Energy BU's purpose is to engineer a decarbonized, cleaner, and a more sustainable electrified future. Key responsibilities include working with a multidisciplinary product development team to design products in energy conversion applications targeting electric vehicles and EV charging infrastructure.

Job description

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build your knowledge of electronics through real-world training and mentorship.
  • Further develop your understanding in key areas such as:
    • System level energy conversion
    • Analog circuit design
    • Mixed-signal circuit design
  • Gain an understanding of layout techniques and methods used for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
  • Gain experience with lab equipment and measurement techniques used for the testing and characterization of integrated circuits.
  • Help develop innovative products that will be brought to market.

About you

Minimum qualifications

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or a master’s degree program in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, in at least a third-year equivalent course level.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of electronics’ lab equipment including but not limited to: oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with wide-bandgap technologies (SiC, GaN)
  • Familiarity with DC/DC and DC/AC energy conversion topologies
