The IT Operations team is essential to our organisation, empowering staff and volunteers with the technology skills needed to advance our human rights mission. As a Technology Training and Support Analyst, you will develop and deliver engaging technology training programs, create user-friendly materials, and provide first and second-line technical support. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance technology adoption across the organisation, ensuring our people are equipped to make the most of our digital tools.

The role may be for you if
- You have experience in developing and delivering technology training programs and workshops, tailoring content to various skill levels and creating comprehensive training materials like user guides and e-learning content.
- You possess strong technical support skills, with proven experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- You excel in communication and stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships across departments, effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and promoting technology awareness and adoption.
- You are proactive in continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to enhance training and support services, leveraging new methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
