Aman Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support their Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Hotel Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests, administrative tasks, and projects independently and simultaneously. They will assist in the coordination of marketing initiatives and campaigns across various markets and multiple owned channels.
They will be based at the Aman Corporate Office in London and be required to be in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done within this role. Aman Group employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. The key responsibilities for this position are:
Team Admin
- Co-ordinate team meetings, circulate meeting agendas and write detailed meeting notes
- Prepare marketing reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc basis
- Ensure the Global Marketing Calendar and all marketing trackers are updated on a regular basis
- Support in the creation of detailed Marketing SOPs for Corporate and property teams
- Co-ordinate travel for Global Marketing Director and Global Head of Marketing and Communications
Resort & Hotel Marketing
- Support with day-to-day marketing communication with Aman’s 35 properties and Janu Tokyo
- Assist with the creation of briefs and editing of content across a variety of brand websites, trade portals and third-party websites
- Support the Corporate Marketing and Brand team in the production of marketing and sales collateral, brochures, promotional flyers, sales presentations and items of a similar nature
- Conduct regular website, collateral and brand audits internally and with hotels, and proof assets produced on property to ensure they meet Aman’s global brand standards
- Maintain a well-labelled archive of past marketing collateral, creative and marketing assets, including in-language (translated) materials and communications, based on priority markets per property
- Supporting on trade marketing requests and coordinating with the Global Sales team on communication activities for partners
- Monitor competitor channels and market trends to contribute new ideas
- Manage user access across various online platforms, including the brand website and Ice Portal, and conduct website training sessions as needed
- Manage updates in project management software, including setting up new boards and workspaces
- Provide administrative office support as and when required
Qualifications
- Candidate must already have the right to work in the UK
- A recent graduate degree, or a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, travel or luxury retail
- Exceptional fluent English - written and verbal – given copywriting will be required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint) is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills - good communication, independent, detail orientated, investigative and proactive
- Must have strong organisation and project management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop an advantage
