What can you expect

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Human Resources Graduate and can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Supporting with the provision and coordination of HR services to a particular the business.
  • Supporting with advising the business on people related matters.
  • Supporting with preparing and using HR metrics & reports in support of HR strategy and improvement.
  • Supporting with application and updating of HR policy, E&C standards & national labour regulations in the organisation.
  • Supporting with HR project activities as required.

Your development journey will also include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into this position.

At the end of the 2-year development programme you will have developed into the position of Human Resources Advisor, or Junior Human Resources Specialist.

What we are looking for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, we ask that you demonstrate you have:

  • A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study
  • Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related subject
  • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
  • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
