Launching this September 2021 is our new Savoy Placement Programme for Hotel Management and/or Hospitality students looking to gain an unforgettable experience in 5 star luxury hotels.

We offer both 6 month and 12 month placement opportunities, in a variety of departments around our hotel, depending on where your greatest passion and desires to gain experience lie. This is an opportunity to train and grow within a 5 star luxury brand, and to literally walk in the shoes of the line colleagues who you will be leading in years to come.

It will prepare you for a career in a 5 star luxury hotel management, through a blend of ‘on the job’ development and ‘off the job’ learning activities such as special projects, supplier visits, skills coaching, mentoring and social activities. You will have regular progress reviews with your leader, and check in chats with our General Manager and Director of Talent and Culture.

Since The Savoy Hotel opened its doors in 1889, it has been world renowned for providing the finest hospitality and for featuring on the CV’s of many leaders in our industry. Your internship will be an experience that you will learn from and speak about for the rest of your career. Those of you who demonstrate excellence during the training will be able to fast track the selection process to the INSPIRE Graduate Leadership Programme.

  • Tier 5 visas will be sponsored for 6 to 12 month placements (*)
