Inspire at The Savoy, is our new and exciting leadership development programme for hospitality management graduates looking to become one of the best future leaders in luxury hotels.
Our programme lasts between 18 – 24 months and offers valuable experience in key areas of our hotel, including:
- Rooms and guest experience
- Food & Beverage
- Business support, commercial and administration
It will prepare you for a leadership career in a 5 star luxury hotel management, through a personalised blend of ‘on the job’ development and ‘off the job’ learning activities such as special projects, supplier visits, skills coaching, mentoring and social activities. You will have regular progress reviews with your leader, a mentor from the senior leadership team, and check in chats with our General Manager and Director of Talent and Culture to help you reach your full potential.
What makes this programme unique is that it will be tailored to your current level of experience, passion and appetite to take on responsibility and ownership. Our aim is simple - by the end of this programme you will be ready to step into a leadership position in a 5 star luxury hotel.
And we will support you to find the right position, either here at The Savoy or elsewhere within our ACCOR family, which has 5100 hotels all over the world.
This programme will give you the solid foundations you need to set you up for success as your leadership career in luxury hospitality unfolds.
