Internship Overview
This four-week hybrid programme will give you the chance to discover how HR is an integral part of Accenture. You will have two rotations across the internship and work on projects in two different teams. You will present a summary of your work to fellow interns, managers and members of the HR Leadership Team at the end of the internship. This is a great chance to immerse yourself in the HR function and get involved in wider activities. You will have the opportunity to meet with members of the HR Leadership Team that will help you understand the various functions of HR.
- Work on diverse local and global HR priorities such as Talent Strategy and Emploee Experience, Recruitment, Reward, Service Delivery, Talent Planning & Operations, Employee Relations and HR Partner Team
- Develop business acumen in addition to foundational and functional HR skills
- Participate in world class HR learning

What we're looking for
- Current students in their penultimate year of university (undergraduate degree), graduating in the summer of 2024
- HR-related degree or modules, or proven interest in HR (i.e through work experience)
- Curiosity to learn and eagerness to contribute in a team-orientated and collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Eager to engage and network with different HR teams across Accenture
- Demonstrated team and collaboration
- Keen interesting in pursuing a career in HR
What’s in it for you?
On completion of your internship and on successful completion of your degree, you will be considered to participate in the Accenture HR Talent Accelerator Program (TAP). Within TAP you will have an opportunity to work on five different assignments across HR disciplines and business areas. Throughout the program, you will have an opportunity to develop your functional and professional skills through ongoing classroom and virtual learning.
Where you’ll work
The HR Summer Internship is hybrid which means you can work from either the Accenture office or from home. On certain days you will be required to be in the London office to meet your cohort and Accenture network in person. You will have opportunities to network with your fellow interns, mentor and analysts from across the business.
Application Process
We receive an extremely high volume of applications for all programmes, and we fill our vacancies on a first come first served basis. It is therefore sometimes necessary to close applications earlier than anticipated. We would recommend early application to avoid disappointment.
The internship will run for 4 weeks from the 26th of June to the 21st July and attendance on the full internship is mandatory. Please only apply if you are available for this period. Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
